You can request permanent account deletion from Settings. We remove your username and email within 5 working days. Transaction history is kept for regulatory and security reasons but is no longer linked to you.

Your account stays open unless you request deletion. We don't charge inactive account fees. Log back in anytime to access your wallet balance and game history. Inactive accounts are not closed automatically.

Yes. Go to Account Settings, select Contact Details, and update your email or phone. Changes take effect immediately. We'll send a confirmation to your new email. This is important for account recovery and payment disputes.
